With over 20 years experience in customer service, we aim to ensure clients are comfortable throughout the entire process and use a “Plain English” approach when explaining suitable products and services. This assist you in making an informed decision when choosing which loan is right for you.
About Pietro
Having built my own home and as a property investor, I understand the pressures and challenges that arise when finding your next property including when to communicate with your solicitor/conveyancer, real estate agent and/or builder to ensure all parties are kept up to date.
My qualifications include; Diploma of Finance (MBM), member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
Living in Melbourne although originally from Echuca (Northern Victoria), I am married and a father of 3 children. When time permits, I enjoy travelling to regional Victoria with my family.
